Professor Bryan Stoten
Described by the Health Service Journal as "one of the NHS' best troubleshooters" Bryan is Chairman of an NHS Trust and has formerly held numerous senior posts within the NHS. He is Visiting Professor in the Faculty of Urban Policy Studies of the UCE, Senior Fellow in the Institute of Governance and Public Management of the Warwick University Business School and a Member of the NHS Confederation Council.
He is the Managing Director of PMA and Co-Director of the Tobacco Control Collaborating Centre. |

Hilary Wareing
Hilary Wareing is a Co-Director of the Tobacco Control Collaborating Centre and Director of Public Management Associates leading in Public Health Nurse Development programmes (Public Health Champion courses) and Maternity Services work. She has a strong background in Health Service research and management as well as holding professional qualifications as a Registered General Nurse, Midwife and Health Visitor. Hilary has Honorary Fellowships from both the School of Health and Social Care, University of Teesside and from the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences, University of Coventry. Recently Hilary has taken a lead role in promoting the application of the Transtheoretical Model of Behavioural Change to lifestyle and behaviour issues including smokers, safer sex and substance misuse. She has been particularly involved in adapting the interventions, developed by Professor James Prochaska and his colleagues at Rhode Island University, for application in the United Kingdom. |

Barbara Bailey
Barbara is a project manager with PMA and is the project administrator for the Tobacco Control Collaborating Centre. She has a public relations background and is reponsible for writing the TCCC newsletters. |

Maureen McMillan
Maureen acts as a PA to the two Directors, Bryan Stoten and Hilary Wareing. Maureen also organises the 'public health champion' courses. |

Rachael Holdright
Rachael is a training coordinator with the company and is also responsible for administering the District Nurse Audits. |

Nina Gotz
Nina is a research assistant and splits her time between PMA and the Applied Research Centre for Health and Lifestyle Interventions at Coventry University. She is responsbile for undertaking health psychology research development activities for both organisations. Nina has an MA in Psychology.

Rebecca Clark
Rebecca has recently joined the company as an office administrator and receptionist. Rebecca also administers the public health champion courses.
